Site-content half of hal0's Phase F (lemonade-removal epic). hal0 now runs every slot as a podman container under per-slot systemd units — no Lemonade daemon. CONTENT_BRIEF.md updated first as the claims source, then the Astro content to match. Build passes (31 pages). Dated audit docs under docs/audit-2026-06-07/ left as historical records.
